Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each item is made to order especially for you.

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not hold stock and every item is created individually when an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, your happiness with your order is incredibly important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund, including shipping if applicable.

How to report an issue

Please email us at hello@emilycharlottemoran.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. A photo of the damage/defect (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect size or colour ordered by the customer

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Custom or personalised items (unless damaged or faulty)

Shipping Issues

If an item is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our print supplier and shipping partners.
